Message Pull the spark plugs and inspect the plugs to see if they are fouled.

From here, it's back to the basic rule of spark, fuel and timing.

Start with the easiest to check. Test coilpacks to see if they are working. Double check your coilpack placemement and make sure you have the correct cylinder placement.

Next, you can move onto fuel. Check fuel pump, inline pressure (around 40psi is primed), ohm fuel injectors, etc.

Timing. If you ventured into timing then you must just mentally recheck your work. You can also dead center the CAS just for initial kick on, but this won't be your problem it's just good to have it dead center to start with once it fires up.

Lastly, double check your connections. Everything from TPS to PTU. After a few cranks as well, fell around some of the modules to make sure nothing is hot or unusually hot. Also, check all your grounds for peace of mind. Some of this stuff won't keep you from starting but you need to make sure everything is good before kicking it on.
